This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Smash Vault built by Akmi Labs ("Company"), governing your use of the Smash Vault application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.
By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Company is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies of the App in your possession.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party; (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App; and/or (v) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Company reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. If we make changes to this EULA, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through the App, or updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
